Seeking Personal Assistant
Glen wants to speak for more organizations, to ultimately help more people learn that they can lead the lives they want to.
He's looking for an energetic, highly organized, Personal Assistant who loves working with others and is excited by the idea of helping change the lives of others.
The successful candidate is:
- A great communicator, with superb telecommunication skills
- Sales and marketing driven
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Computer proficient (word processing, spreadsheets, internet, email, social media, skype)
- Self-motivated
- A team player
- Most importantly, possess a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others
The work schedule is flexible and will be almost 100% work from home (or your local coffee shop).
No set hours. Will likely require about 5-7 hours/week, including a weekly phone meeting with Glen.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Speaking with teachers/administrators/event planners over the phone to arrange performance details (times, fees, etc)
- Creating and sending invoices to schools ahead of engagements
- Responding to speaking inquiries
- Connecting with media outlets to arrange coverage of engagement, interviews etc.
- Helping Glen in managing Facebook page and Twitter profile
- Assisting Glen with sales/marketing (web, mail, phone)
- Arranging all travel accommodations
